About The Founder
Robin Lalande founded REIL Works, Inc. because she knows what it feels like to be down and out. As a response to what she went through, Robin’s love for others motivated her to start REIL Works to support people going through difficult times. Robin has spent 40 years working in the community and has a passion for helping others better their lives and achieve their goals.

- Provide purpose to those who feel they are useless.
- Give value and meaning to life as we offer encouragement, and hope so no one feels unvalued.
- Network with other organizations to build bridges to motivate and captivate those lives those seeking change.

Our values are based on Godly principles—His love for us and our love for others. We value the lives of all God’s people.
Agape Love: Treat others as you would want to be treated. Each person has been created in the image of God and should be respected.
Honesty: Truth is a pillar of our organization and is evident in each interaction with participants, volunteers, and staff.
Integrity: Trust, reliability, and moral uprightness are critical for success.
